Enrollment ELIGIBILITY

NEW HIRE ENROLLMENT

New hires or newly eligible employees must enroll during their eligibility enrollment window. 

OPEN ENROLLMENT

Open enrollment occurs once a year and it is your opportunity to enroll in or change your current benefit elections.

QUALIFYING LIFE EVENT

If you have a qualifying life event like marriage or the birth of a child, you have 30 days to make a change.

RELIANCE STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE CLAIMS

To file a claim with Reliance Standard Life Insurance, visit the link below. To file a claim, you will need the policy number. They are listed by their respective benefit below. 

BOSTON MUTUAL CLAIMS
